Our client, an independent B2B Energy Supplier, is looking for a  TPI Account Manager to join their team. Your role will focus on building long-term relationships and providing TPIs with best-in-market communication, products and supplier propositions to maximise revenue. Your responsibilities will include account management, pricing, securing new business and handling customer queries to ensure a positive experience. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and build strong relationships with TPIs
- Manage complex tenders from initial inquiry to deal acceptance and execution
- Make strategic pricing decisions to enhance the overall proposition and drive growth
- Achieve financial growth targets through retention, upselling and new sales
- Develop a deep understanding of company services and customer requirements
- Attend events, plan business trips and engage in business development and TPI meetings
- Collaborate with Business Support and Operations teams throughout the sales process
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in the energy industry within a similar role
- Background in Account Management or Sales-focused positions
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel/spreadsheets
- Results-driven and ambitious
- Strong, professional, and articulate communication skills
- Numerically skilled with strong analytical abilities
- Quick learner with a passion for developing new knowledge and skills
- Ability to collaborate with and support the wider TPI team
