We are working with one of the country’s leading water companies who are looking for a Technical Assurance Engineer (TAE) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical assurance and managing solution risks within the Assets directorate, focusing on the design of projects such as pumping station upgrades, wastewater treatment, CSOs, and sludge management. Key responsibilities will include developing the Strategic Technical Partner Framework and overseeing design process engineering. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civils, strong experience in structural engineering, and preferably a history of working within a design consultancy in the Utilities or Water sector. Skills and experience required:
- 10+ years in the industry or equivalent education/experience.
- Chartered with a relevant professional body.
- Experienced in clean-water process engineering design / construction.

- Lead team initiatives and support team development.
- Ensure efficient solution development via TOTEX hierarchy.
- Implement and manage technical governance processes.
