Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Utilities in leading the Energy team to deliver a seamless end-to-end member journey from procurement, on-boarding and through to supply of Energy products and services, including bill validation and query resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities, increase member commitment and grow volumes.
- Develop new supplier relationships and enhance existing relationships to build growth.
- Contribute to business plans, budgeting, forecasting and performance reports.
- Manage and develop the team to exceed business targets and KPI’s.
Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of procuring Energy within the agricultural industry advantageous
- In depth knowledge of energy markets and pricing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Data analysis and presentation skills
- Ability to lead a team, enthusiastic, motivated and approachable
- CIPs (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualification
