Gas Settlement Analyst (Energy & Utilities)

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage industry settlement performance.

• Demonstrate a good understanding of industry flows across gas supply.
• Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions promptly.
• Help develop accurate forecasts for settlement volumes.
• Consistently monitor Settlement portfolios, identifying trends and potential risks.
• Proactively address any discrepancies or anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any settlement queries issues promptly.

 

Skills and experience required:

• 3 years’ experience in Gas Settlement functions is essential.
• Familiarity with back-office operations in an energy supplier context.
• Proficiency in handling settlement performance
• Good understanding of industry flows, including gas supply.
• Good Knowledge of D0095 and D0235 exception resolution.
• Proactive in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Comfortable with data analysis and forecasting.
