- Contribute to crafting event communications within the customer journey to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Refine requirements, oversee backlog management and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Assist the finance department in validating industry invoices to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer support, adeptly handling diverse inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilise problem-solving abilities to pinpoint root causes and deliver clear, understandable solutions.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, effectively managing expectations throughout the resolution process.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while prioritising customer satisfaction.
