My client is a major Highways/Road Developer looking for a Utility Project/Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects related to Statutory Utilities (SU) to ensure the successful delivery of road commitments within the Road Investment Programme (RIP). This exciting role involves setting and leading the collaborative vision for my client’s partnership with external Statutory Utilities and is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the strategic approach to utilities management.   Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex delivery constraints and implementing innovative approaches to drive assurance, cost control, opportunity, and risk in major projects. Identify, develop, implement, promote, and refine improvements to knowledge management systems related to statutory utilities.
