Summary:
Our client is a leading independent energy supplier with 20+ years' B2B experience. They are looking for a Strategy Manager to discover and take new business products and renewable initiatives from idea to market. Responsibility is also around the management of the renewable positions and sourcing of renewable energy. It involves leadership and management of a team to hit the targets and maintain overall regulatory, legal, and position management of the renewables area. You will support work on strategic direction, innovations, and value opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy deals, commercial structuring, and negotiations and of leading projects from concept to implementation ÂKey responsibilities:
- Form project plans for delivery
- Creation of business cases and approval documents
- Present to key stakeholders
- Negotiate with external partners
- Experience in commercial structuring and negotiations
- Experience leading projects from concept to implementation
- Experience in renewable energy deals
- Strong communication skills
- Financial modelling and identifying value and synergies with current operations
