Key responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales leadership team to help shape and implement the broader sales strategy.
- Identifying, guiding, and advising on the effective solutions needed to achieve goals.
- Improve efficiencies and generate revenue growth that is improved due to sales operations
- Assists sales management in understanding successes and challenges on key channels
- Identifying process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Work with stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Work to ensure all short-term and long-term sales objectives are delivered effectively.
- Drive value and innovation through our service offering to retain competitive advantage
- Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
- Coordinate sales reporting, planning and pipeline forecasting
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence
- Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the group
- Self-motivated - self-aware with the desire to constantly improve
- Can clearly demonstrate an impact on P&L through operational delivery
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments
