Are you an experienced Analyst looking to advance your career? Our client, a fast growing, and well-established Utilities Management Company are looking for an enthusiastic Utilities Technical Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Utilities Management, you will support the Account Management team servicing client accounts in the SME and I&C sectors. There is scope for advancement in this role with the potential to join the management team if you are an experienced candidate. To be successful in this role you will prior experience of commercial energy invoicing and charges and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Key responsibilities:
- Managing the data inputs (supplies, consumption data, contract data)
- Running the Gas, Electricity & Water Invoice validation service and resolving complex billing problems for our clients
- Analysis of third-party charges
- Process development – improving the efficiency of our workflow
- Supporting the Account Management team
Skills and experience required:
- 5 years’ experience in the commercial utilities markets
- Knowledge of System Link/Energy Management
- An analytical thinker who enjoys working with numbers
- You must have prior experience of commercial energy invoicing and charges
- Experience of energy profile analysis is desirable but not essential
- Experience of analysing data sets
- Familiar with third party charges
- A clear and confident communicator, enjoy interacting with clients and team members
- You have the ability to understand and improve workflow systems and processes
