- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial energy customers to include but not limited to:
- Pricing/tendering to meet defined deadlines
- Complex query management
- Maintaining an understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell group products and services
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Meet customer retention and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails of customer activity
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account sales information
- Assist with the generation of new sales to support growth objectives
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activity
